Here are some pics from last week and the week before. We went to a Tiger's Game...they lost. We went to a Vintage bike show near Lansing.I really liked this bike with the helmet. It just looked vintage & fun!!
This picture is for Grandpa Eugene who has a Royal Enfield. Can you see Hudson & Audrey in the gas tank reflection?
Josh took the kids to a skate park while I went to the gym.
Then my Dad & Stepmom came to take the kids shopping for their birthdays. They got to go to Hudson's soccer game.
We went to the Apple Orchard Sunday and met our friends, Josh (#2) & Kristen. We always have a good time together. It was a beautiful day to eat donuts and go on a hike.
The kids are really getting tired of my new camera...you can tell by some of the pictures.
Yesterday was Audrey's 5th birthday! I still can't get over how big she is getting. She has the sweetest personality. I told her last night that she was so sweet. She then informed me that she was smart too! I have to agree...smart & sweet. Perfect combination.
Here are some pics from her big day. She went to her first dance class, then to Pre-School (which she loves), then home for dinner of her choice (Chucky Cheese), then home for presents & cake!! I made a Hello Kitty cake that the frosting started running off of the side of her face! It was pretty funny. I'm going to stick to sewing & not cake decorating!!
Audrey had her first day of Pre-School on Tuesday. She really liked it!
Audrey didn't really like the idea of Pre-School, but afterwards she was much more fond. The above pics were BEFORE pre-school. You'll have to come back to the blog to see if the pics get better!!!
Hudson's first soccer game was this past Saturday. He only has 7 kids total on his team. His little buddy that was on his team had to drop out because he broke his arm the Friday before the game. Hudson plays for the majority of the game because there are 5 kids that play at a time. After the game he was all red faced and exhausted. He had a great time!!!
Here he is as a goalie. He stopped the ball from going into the goal so he got to kick it. This is him kicking the ball. He loves to swing those arms!!!
Josh will be able to go to all of the games because they are Saturday mornings. He enjoyed watching Hudson run after the ball.
Marshall has a weird habit when he sleeps. I've tried everything to curb this behavior, but nothing has worked. He pulls whatever blanket is in his bed over his face. He doesn't sleep without a blanket. I only put the light weight receiving blankets in his crib. I always sneak into his room and move the blanket from over his face. I can walk back in 30 minutes later and it is back over his face. If I take the blanket out of his crib then he wakes up crying. This is his "self-soother".
